Description: This feature class tracks the documentation “lifecycle” from construction to record drawing. Gathering data along the lifecycle and most importantly raises red flags when the record drawing is “missing”. The end result brings transparency, data management, data stewardship and socialization to the buried Infrastructure GIS workflow process.Project Name - Name of the Project.Project Number - Assigned project number.Salesforce Development Permit Number - Salesforce assigned Development number.Construction Plan Delivery Date - The date the construction document was approved (Development Plans), or when the project was awarded (CIP Plans). This serves as the trigger to GIS staff a construction needs to be entered into GIS. (Note: This is inclusive for Stormwater, Water, Sewer, Reclaimed)W/S/R Construction Plan Editor - Initials of the responsible editor entering the Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed construction assets in GIS.W/S/R Construction Plan Digitized - Date the Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed construction assets were entered into GIS. Stormwater Construction Plan Editor - Initials of the responsible editor entering the Stormwater construction assets in GIS.Stormwater Construction Plan Digitized - Date the Stormwater construction assets were entered into GIS. Warranty Start Date - The date the warranty letter was written and serves as the trigger the record drawing should have been approved and accepted.Record Plan Delivery - The date the record plan document was approved and accepted. This serves as the trigger to GIS staff a record drawing needs to be entered into GIS. (Note: This is inclusive for Stormwater, Water, Sewer, Reclaimed, but not SCM)W/S/R Record Plan Editor - Initials of the responsible editor entering the Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed record plan assets in GIS.W/S/R Record Plan Digitized - Date the Water, Sewer, or Reclaimed record plan assets were entered into GIS. Stormwater Record Plan Editor - Initials of the responsible editor entering the Stormwater record plan assets in GIS.Stormwater Record Plan Digitized - Date the Stormwater record plan assets were entered into GIS. Record Plan Delivery Stormwater SCM - Date the stormwater SCM record plan document was approved and accepted.Stormwater SCM Record Plan Editor - Initials of the responsible editor entering the SCM record plan asset in GIS.Stormwater SCM Record Plan Digitized - Date the SCM record plan asset was entered into GIS.
